With over thirty years’ experience in the advertising industry, Kim began her career as a Copywriter at Saatchi and Saatchi and rose through the ranks of New Zealand’s top 5 agencies to become the country’s first female Creative Director.

Along the way, Kim has been recognised by her peers for her creative excellence, winning numerous local, international and effectiveness awards for her work across clients such as The Warehouse, Farmers Trading Company, Countdown, Cadbury, SKY Television, McDonald’s and Briscoes Group.

Her experience spans brand, retail, social, and marketing across a range of clients in all shapes and sizes. Amongst other things, Kim was responsible for encouraging young Kiwi’s to do up their seatbelts with the iconic ‘Make it Click’ campaign for McDonald’s.

Kim now resides in Hawke’s Bay and is the founder and Managing Director of WiTH Marketing. A communications consultancy that works with a network of marketing solutions specialists to help brands reach their full potential.
